Went in today to buy some shoes since I buy buy clothes all the time in Rue21 for my five girls. Today was very different we were followed by the older woman. Whatever we look at we were being watched.... She watched us go out the door. Shame. Shame So I decided not to buy anything at all. I was not comfortable. Not right for people to do that. Shame on you Rue21 etc. at Silverthorne, CO.

Their customer service is garbage. They had placed the wrong clothes on a rack of clothes marked a certain price. When I went to check out, the employee insinuated I was lying and went to get a price check. Upon discovering their mistake, they still insisted I pay the "real price." I asked for the manager, and tragically it was the manager; which I wouldn't have guessed by how snippy, rude, and dismissive this person was with me. Needless to say, I'll never shop here again.
