Take a look at Newell, WV to see their work. They literally tore up an entire town for a sewer and water project driving all kind of heavy equipment over all the roads, then they are only black topping the areas where they dug up, leaving a lot not fixed, just black topping sections, not even the whole road. I wouldn't refer them to anyone I have a cousin who works for a much better company n they treat everyone with respect period they don't need to sue people or company to get there contracts there Forman doesn't question kid's under age but rudzik does

After making the attempt to speak to this company about the noise countless times. Because I am smack ground center for their project. They have just gotten louder and louder. Residential areas have noise ordinances for 7am. That doesn't mean show up at 6:20 with heavy machinery beeping, doors slamming and conversations so loud I can hear them in my house.
