Oh so mean and rude! I had a road trip vacation planned Memorial Day weekend and whole following week leaving after work on Friday. On Thursday lunch, my air conditioning went out. Rudy was recommended to me. I went by, he said he could not get to it until the next week. I am sure I rolled my eyes or something to that effect as that meant all my vacation plans were shot.
