Horrible horrible service today. I placed my order at 5pm gave them 30 min before picking up only to wait another 20 min. The cashier said they do not drop any orders until paid for. Well then what's the use of calling in a order. I asked for a refund and they gave me a hard time. I will never go to this place again..too bad the owner is friendly but never again.

My parents have been bringing us here since we were babies and now in my late 30's I am true to this establishment when it comes to the best fried fish in San Antonio! Huge portions of fresh made fish with a heap of fries in a brown paper sack is the only way it's done! Everything is fresh to order and it DEEEEELICIOUS!!!!!

The sea food at Rudy's is excellent,the only place my wife will eat fish from.

This is a south side institution. Fresh fist, tasty tartar sauce, and to top it off, fresh green serano peppers. WE usually order the fisherman's platter, which is described as having 2 pieces of fish, 4 shrimp, oysters, and a stuffed crab. You usually get 3 fish, 6 shrimp, a heap of oysters, and 1 crab. Plus french fries and coleslaw, feeds the three of easily. We sometimes have to add a side and extra tartar sauce, but its still a great deal at around $17. Truely one of san antonio's hidden treasures.
