I called to see if company could install a leak detection device. Whoever I was speaking to rudely assumed I was trying to sell something and hung up in my face. I kindly ask that before you schedulers assume please get all information from your customers instead of hanging up! This is not professional at all.
Ryan and Ricky just made a awesome accommodation to help me with an urgent problem. They worked quickly and smart. Problem solved. I am remodeling and attending to deferred maintenance and found out last night that I could not get to step b on an appliance installation without finding someone immediately to solve problem of step A which just appeared.
