Took a month and a half to get my furniture from them only after personally going down there to complain multiple times becaue they wouldn't answer my calls. When they finally did, my couch broke a week later, again, lots of unanswered calls and i went down. Scammed. Ordered in July and went to the door and said "Closed out of business" I have not heard from anyone since.
We had a mix up in bed sizes.....so we were offered a credit. I quess I can kiss that $175 goodbye.
Worst business ever, ordered a couch and never got it till 4 months later and tried telling me I had to pay for delivery when I was told it was free delivery. The bitch needs arrested, she's a scam artist
Took my money and no furniture. Tried calling multiple times
I ordered a king size bed, back in june, after waiting a month for the bed it finally came in and got delivered BUT when delivered not the whole bed came everything but the foot board, so can't use bed without it, the guys who brought the bed put it together and seen a major part was missing so called pat and she says it will be here by Friday this was a Sunday so they put the half together bed in my daughters room, well today I find out Pat locked the doors to store and we will not be getting our bed, if u are having a prob... read more
We ordered a couch 6 weeks ago and we were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Still not here. We have left messages and called numerous times. They never call back and it is a rare chance they answer the phone. My finally stopped in to get an answer from them and we have been given an excuse for each week. They got paid 6 weeks ago so that isn't a problem. We were told this weekend for sure we will get our couch. Surprise no one answers the phone all day.
