Excellent and friendly service, very informative in helping me decide what/how to order. Sample helped me switch what I thought I wanted. Disappointed that my jalapeño sausage was cold.
Been going to Rudy’s for over 20 years. It was sad how it’s changed. Brisket was really tough, ribs were dry. It appeared the the female cutter just gave me old single ribs. It also appeared that she cut w/ the gran on some of the brisket. The staff were not happy in their work. Maybe it was just at this location but I believe in the future we will drive up the road for bbq. We really used to enjoy Rudy’s.
