Almost professional. Booked an appointment in advance with a known team member, no notice of cancellation or rebooking options was sent ahead of time before my arrival. The coiffeur was a no-show I was told that they are sick and we can rebook you for another time. Get well soon Rudy 🤡 No thanks 🤙 Learn to communicate and respect people's time.

I asked for a mid fade and the guy near the windows with the glasses Gabriel i believe, did a horrible job. He was not focused and very non sociable. Never again
