Not only did this shop not fix the vehicle after reassuring my mother they could, they charged 150 and won’t consider even a partial refund for the complete waste of time the whole experience was. Not recommended, try any other auto shop around sweetwater for your own good
Dishonest work and feel taken advantage of. Specifically asked this guy if he knew electrical and wiring harnesses because I knew the problem was that prior to taking it to him. I explained the problems and explained what I needed, which was to work on the wiring that was affecting the blinkers and windows on the driver side. He assured me he knew electrical and charged me $150. The blinkers worked for one day and then quit. Nothing is repaired and I have no diagnosis. First of all thank you to Rudy's for being open late!! Second thank you for being HONEST!! I came to the shop expecting to have my brakes replaced as another mechanic had told me this was needed. The mechanic at Rudy's took off all four tires and inspected all of my brakes and advised me they were fine! Service was quick and friendly and genuine. Highly recommend will definitely be my go-to mechanic.
Very reasonable price, Very knowledgeable,will refer to him. Will definitely go back if I need him.
