I took my vehicle to Rudy's Automotive to have an alternator and battery replaced. They tore up my carburetor hose and instead of replacing it, they duct tape it together and failed to mention it to me that they duct tape my car back together and I drove over 300 miles unbeknown to me that my car could of over heated and blew up my motor. That's bad business and when I asked Rudy over the phone I asked if that's how he does business, tear your car up and fall to tell you, his reply was yeah, sometimes. Rudy took advantage of me. First he fixed my car several times and it kept breaking down. Then he advised that if it broke down again I’d need a new engine. It broke down again and so I paid $2000 down on the $4000 he was charging me to replace the engine. Then the air conditioner broke too… while it was still at his shop. The air conditioning was working when the car went to Rudy’s. When he tried to charge me to fix the ac I picked my car up. I got a head and timing chain replaced on my Acura and had to take it back bc he didn’t lash the valves and it still has a misfire months after he told me it would go away after driving, leaks more oil then it did when it came in.
