I can't thank Dave enough for getting my nephews car repaired on New Years Eve. That's right. I called the day before to see if they could do the repairs, we took it in at 10:30 am and it was done by 2:30 and we save a bunch of money. I'd recommend Rudy's in a heart beat. A. Young
After Saturn closed, I was looking for a new auto service when a friend told me about Rudy’s, saying that he was honest, good at what he does and reasonable in price. He was right! Now I can’t imagine having my repairs (and even my oil changes) done anywhere else. I made an acct just to say that I will never ever utilize this company. They are a neighborhood company, but the way the owner speaks to people is rude and condescending. I had reason to have an interaction with him, and I couldn't believe the things he said to me. I can't imagine how he must treat customers. Do NOT be a customer at this company.
Owner very rude, take advantage of people – I honestly have never received worse service at any establishment my entire life. Absolutely avoid at all costs, if for some reason you must go to Rudy's, read the fine print in every dealing with them. The owner is extremely rude, I don't even know where to start. I went in for a simple oil change with a coupon and they wouldnt honor it for no reason.
