Got me back on the road after 7pm on a Friday, thanks a bunch Rudy.
My husband broke down in Lamesa going home from Midland. We were recommended to Rudy's, because we couldn't afford to tow our vehicle back to Lubbock. He had our vehicle for over two months, my husband broke down week and a half before Christmas and we didn't get our vehicle back until the end of February. Come to find out it was the timing belt we also asked to fix the driver's side door as well. Rudy is the worst mechanic I have ever worked with. He had my vehicle for 2 months with 0% progress after he promised that it’ll be ready in 2 weeks. Not only that, but he also damaged my car with scratches and dents. He claims that he knew nothing about the damage. And every time I would call him to get an update on his progress on my vehicle he sounded drunk. He has a criminal record and history of being a drunk and drug addict. His helpers can attest that all of this true and accurate. Do not hire this guy!!!
