My husband passed away on Sep 13, 2017. Because our home is only in his name, the Register of Deeds office referred me to contact a title and escrow company. I chose this company because of its glowing reviews. I left a message for "one of our attorneys" on Sep 19. I could not understand the attorney's name on the voice mail. My call was not returned. What a disappointment. Fortunately I found a lawyer who will help me with this process.
For 16 years I've done my closings with these fantastic professionals who have smoothly handled anything I have ever brought them...and then some. Everyone there is personable and will make you feel like family with their warmth and consideration for your needs. I would go nowhere else!
