Worst company! Does not return calls. Does not close if they are not petted like a cat.
I wouldn’t recommend using as a 1st time home buyer or inexperienced buyer when closing without using your own personal legal representation. I got screwed over with buying a home with incorrectly estimated taxes and was left to chase after the seller for unpaid taxes!!!! Ridiculous!! What did I pay Rudy for?!!
Notified that deed was not correct but they wouldn't believe me till I got 2 tax bills one paid by my mtg escrow one I have to pay. 2nd call to them and they come to me with a deed correction that has my name incorrect. Now I still have to pay the tax bill out of pocket & make a deposit to my escrow for the same amt to hopefully avoid a shortage next year. The rep from Rudy Title would not listen to me just kept over talking me and talking me I was wrong.
