Please I need assistance. I have ordered a Rudy Wing 57 helmet in January 2nd and I still have not received the helmet. It was supposed to arrive in May, then June, and now who knows. We have an email from you on Friday 7/25 saying that it would ship then and it did not. I called on Wednesday and Thursday the customer service number, spoke with Mark who said it would ship on Wednesday 7/30 (it did not) which prompted my follow up call Thursday (7/31) when he assured me it would ship today and still nothing has shipped.
