If I could give a negative I would.This happened a few years back but has just left an awful taste for me. Office person is rude and disrespectful and they did not fix my problem, charged me a $125 for a guy who looked like he was high as a kite to tell me i needed my main line to the septic had a crack in it. Told me I needed it jetted and pumped out before anything could be done. Called a had a local pump company squeeze me in and he was amazing. Very satisfied with the excellent service and the fair price. From start to finish, Mike was helpful, professional, friendly, and thorough. Thomas and Adam were great and were efficient in their work, also made another reccomendation to reseat a toilet that ended up saving us from future problems as it was incorrect installed by the previous homeowner. Thank you both!
Thomas did a great job. Found other issues proactively that we did not even notice beyond the initial presenting problem. Fixed other handyman work that was deficient. You get what you pay for. Thomas and Rudy Plumbing are worth it.
