Made an appointment and they sent Mike out. All around great experience. Very nice, and kept me informed the whole time. Asked about my preference for shower handle replacement to make sure we were happy with where it was. Was a full valve change with new fixtures top to tub spout. Vacuumed out debris in shower, wiped everything down. Shower looks great. Am calling back for toilet next. Id say cost was pretty reasonable and Mike was done in a very timely manner. Very happy.

Todd is the greatest plumber ever. This week I've had 3 separate plumbers come out to my apartment building over 3 days, and they couldn't find anything wrong with the toilet and bathtub that had been literally flooding the bathroom with disgusting water. Todd on the other hand, found the problem within 45 minutes of his arrival and had us squared away all the same night, and talked us through everything. Man deserves a raise!

It took roto rooter 3 days and 4 techs to only get nothing done My dude Todd shows up and in 10 minutes has found the issue and 30min later its fixed. Hes cleaning up and leaving. Highly recommend this company. If you do go with roto rooter prepare to be given the runaround and left with a dirty bathroom and a toilet that wasnt reset correctly.

I was unable to have what I needed done. If you live in an apartment then I would not use them.

After trying 2 plumbers who never called back, I gave Rudy Plumbing a try. Glad I did as the admin was professional, easily put me on the schedule, and the plumber Todd came ontime! He was efficient, pleasant, professional, and took care of 2 nonfunctioning toilets & a clogged bathtub. Will definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing needs.
