What a terrible company to deal with, starting with the owner. There was a complete lack of professionalism and customer service from beginning to end. They came to our home and, in my experience, the work was poorly executed. Our carpets and floors were damaged, and I do not believe there was any reason for them to enter the house in the first place. Had a water heater issue and called Rudy. Have used them in the past with good experiences. The water heater had a flammable vapor sensor error and this was communicated to the office staff. The tech was supposed to be here by 8:30am but didn’t show up until after 9. He said he was making a parts run before he came. Stupid me figured he stopped to get a new sensor. When he got here he needed to call the manufacturer of the water heater to see what to do. After an extended call, they came to the conclusion that the sensor was... read more
I wouldn't let this company hook up my garden hose. The name is perfect RUDE !
I called Rudy Plumbing to repair a copper pipe that was leaking water in the downstairs washroom. Anthony T came to my house. He assessed the situation and got right to work. After repairing the pipe, he moved the washer for me and retrieved the bucket that I had placed there to catch the leaking water (which would have been difficult for me to do). Anthony was personable and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with his work. Thank you.
