I have never had them do work at my house before.I had a pipe leaking and they fixed it.Adam did an awesome job and gave me some ideas about moving some pipes.They have great customer service.I will definitely have them come to my house again.

I called Rudy Plumbing to have my new sink and dishwasher hooked uo to the plumbing . They sent out a plumber to my house . He showed uo and after about 3 hours he told me that he had to leave because he ran out of time . Charged me $389.00 and did not finished the job. I called the office again and they sent him back out the next week to finish the job and after 4 to 5 hours later and another $596.85 he told me again that he needs to leave because he ran out of time . Mike and Todd came to my home to work on some plumbing issues. They were so kind and professional. They worked quick and efficient. They were the nicest gentleman. For all my plumbing needs I will definitely request them.

I called Rudy because of the commercials and other good reviews. They exceeded expectations! Thought I had a leaky pipe, but they deduced it was coming from water leaking from shower through the floor! Also cleaned out a slow drain. From the initial call-answered by a person, who explained charges up front, to the impeccable cleanup, they did a fantastic job!

If I could give a negative I would.This happened a few years back but has just left an awful taste for me. Office person is rude and disrespectful and they did not fix my problem, charged me a $125 for a guy who looked like he was high as a kite to tell me i needed my main line to the septic had a crack in it. Told me I needed it jetted and pumped out before anything could be done. Called a had a local pump company squeeze me in and he was amazing.
