If your looking for quality service and an appreciation for your business - go somewhere else. Shear disaster with this company. The owner (Tom) is arrogant - he blames his employees for their short comings and threatens to call the police on you when you expect nothing more than what you paid for.
When we were ready to launch our boat for the season, we noticed that there was an issue with the steering. We called Rudy Marine to see if they could service our boat, we were not only accommodated by a same day drop off on a Sunday, but the repairs made by Thursday so that we didn't miss another weekend on the water. They were also able to address our electrical issue with our bimini top and do a long overdue bottom paint. We couldn't have been happier with our service and the staff was beyond professional.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I purchased two new boats from Rudy Marine in the last several months. The first met an untimely end during a tropical storm. Tom Rudy and his staff were outstanding with the sale, delivery and punchlist repairs on the first boat and have been equally outstanding in assisting with the purchase of the replacement. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and fair best describe the entire Rudy Marine operation.
