Was required to pay in advance for a window repair. Serviceman showed up as scheduled but determined it was a simple repair that my husband could handle. He said he would make sure we would not be charged. Two weeks later no credit so I called. Was told no refund because we signed agreeing to pay. I sent email stating I was disputing charge with credit card co. Buyer beware!! My elderly father went in to purchase a piece of plexiglass on December 28th, from the location 3700 highway 95, bullhead city arizona. He handed the woman a piece of paper with the dimensions and plexiglass written on it! He was told he could pay by cash at this location or she could email his credit card info over to the location listed above for them to process before they would make the order. I made two appointments I’ve called to verify if I had appointment they don’t care about you they won’t make an appointment do not waste your time with these people they’re too busy for you and I plan to go on yelp and everywhere else on social media to tell people how awful Ruby glass Co. Need management at Bullhead City office. Took 3 months due to no communication and way over priced. Would not recommend.
