If I could give 0 stars I would. My family’s experience with this funeral home was very disappointing. There appeared to be confusion regarding who the legal next of kin was and a death certificate was provided to someone other than the living adult children which caused additional stress and conflict for our family. I hope the funeral home reviews its procedures to ensure proper verification of next of kin rights so other families do not experience the same situation.
