The most crispy burger. Nearly every bite has a crunchy beef bit. This Crudy burger was beefy, juicy and yes crunchy. Every bit what a smash burger is. The only draw back is it's a little oily. The grilled onions can be enhanced by draining. If they have fresh jalapeño....mmmm.... The poutine has a lot of cheese pull all melty on crispy fries. Although I would've preferred beef gravy instead of vegetarian. Also had a cole slaw and a brownie.
Pretty decent burger freshly made with also good temperature from the bun. Honestly I m not a big fan of melted cheddar, it comforting but could get too rich after half of it. But the cheese aside, good size and good patty. Liked it. This location is in the busy area and the noise and crazy drunk ppl can easily make the staff less patient which is natural, I m just saying be quick and decisive and don’t try to be funny, that is a lot help to the staff behind the window
