When I got sudden job opportunity that required me to move my family across the country, Rudulph Realty was a Godsend. They managed the property for us, found us tenants until we could sell it and then even helped with the sale. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The staff and management are easy to work with,. They are responsive, competent, and proactive. They took great care of us, great care of our tenants, and great care of our property. This man is incredibly unprofessional and rude; after reaching out for months to ask about my security deposit I was told to “piss off”. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
VERY RUDE! Do not answer questions and will talk to you like you are stupid. HIGLY recommend using someone else. It will not let me respond. So let me clarify, I aske you to call me because we have not had a bond on that house in for years. I needed to know if the owners needed the bond for a sale or if they wanted to pick the bond back up. I don't know why it is so hard to answer questions that is being asked.
