If you're thinking about renting from this company I advise you to look elsewhere. They are by far the most robotic, lackadaisical and amoebalike and company in creation. I bought the home I was renting from this company. In the mist during the process of closing I contacted this company stating for my security deposit and they replied "we have 60 days to supply you with your security deposit". After receiving a nasty phone call, my marketing team declined their request to become a vendor because they don't want to collaborate with a business that employs subcontractors. When I got sudden job opportunity that required me to move my family across the country, Rudulph Realty was a Godsend. They managed the property for us, found us tenants until we could sell it and then even helped with the sale. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
