I wish I could post 1/2 a star. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma for 37k and got 2 free oil changes. Every time I had to talk to someone it was the manager to set the appointment because “they can grantee my appt time. Even though I live a hour away”. The receptionist with the glasses was always rude the 2 times I went. Never purchase something if you need to get maintenance there!!! Also put my truck in and out of gear roughly (can’t upload the video)

I brought my Jetta in for a 10,000 mile service along with a request for an adjustment in the door latch which Rudolph had installed at the last service and a recurring EPC light. When the light comes on, the engine has very little power. After 10 days there was no diagnosis as to the EPC light. I called to tell them I needed the car back for a trip to Houston and would be there in 6 hours to pick it up. None of the work I requested had been done. That gave me an appt in a month to check my A/C. I dropped my car the day of the appt. and they told me they would have to keep my car for 3 days. I call the second day cause Amber didn’t give me any updates and haven’t touch my car. So I picked it up.
Called with a very simple question. Amber from service couldn’t bother to help. Not first time people picking up the phone aren’t helpful.
