My communication with Dr. Zak has always been frustrating. He is perfunctory and dismissive and lacks curiosity about how I am feeling and why. His explanations always seem to be about protecting himself. This last visit was not different. First he claimed we hadn't met since August 2022, my post-op visit, when in fact I requested and received a consult with him in June 1, 2023 about the same problem I went to see him about this year.
