I worked with Derek to resolve two tickets for a family member. The second violation was quite serious and the family member was facing a significant penalty. Derek worked significant legal magic to resolve both cases in a way that worked very well for us, and kept the related driving record free of points. He is highly communicative, timely and most importantly understands the messiness of families and was very compassionate about our situation.
