I was a patient of Dr Rudin's in a rehab hospital with an infection I developed in another hospital. The care I received from her was adequate. Before I was discharged, she told me she wanted to see me again 2 months later when the course of antibiotics prescribed was finished, and that she would probably want me to continue those antibiotics. Called office for 3 months after my husbands first visit. Never got a return call to inform us of what her plan of care was for him.

Waited months for appointment. Go to the appointment, there's no direction as to where to go in the office building. Once we finally found where we needed to be no one in the office greeted us. There was someone who came out of the back office who hadn't been seen yet and said they had waited over an hour. The other person in the waiting room said he had been there for 50 minutes. We left without being seen because we did not have 2 to 3 hours to wait.

Dr. Rudin saved my life when I was in septic shock and a coma for two weeks. She worked tirelessly with antibiotics to get me well. She has been my go-to Dr. every time I end up in Forbes with sepsis from my many UTIs or fistulas. She is very professional but explains everything so I could understand it. She listens to you, answers your questions, and takes action.
