Absolutely shocking! Day light robbery and ignorance! Sold my husband a terrible car, hadn't passed it's MOT and when he returned the day after buying (as he had 3 months warranty) he told him there was nothing wrong with the car and it was an issue with his driving. When taken to an outside mechanic, the car had so many issue he said it wasn't worth fixing. A gentleman when taking your money but an absolute bandit as soon as you drive out the gates, shocking service, save yourselves the heartache!
Recently bought my dream Audi RS5 from Roger. He was so patient and accommodating through it all, I can't praise him enough. Car was exactly as advertised. The following day, the car wouldn't start... somehow the battery had died. I rang Roger, there was no hassle at all from him, turned up 30 minutes later to my home with a brand new battery! Not had an issue since. Amazing customer service - highly recommend.
Seen the car we liked n my daughter got a good deal trading in her own. It was an easy transaction from start to finish. Daughter is delighted with her new car
