RecommendedLove the people at the main office/clubhouse. They’ve always been good to us.
great place to live the pool is great as well nice and clean
They were the worst place I have ever lived. They sold me a trailer full of black mold, holes in the floor to where a nasty cat was sneaking in and out for warmth, the pipes were frozen (they said they would fix and then never did), the bathtub leaked and the structure for the trailer was leaning. (Found all this out after we bought it and tried to redo the inside) They sold me a trailer that wasn’t even in their name at the closing!! My kids cant play outside because Pit bulls off leashes even tho they are not allowed.. Rats and stray cats everywhere .. 3 homes burned down since i been here.. Mgmt is rude and only cares about money my rent was late do to unforseen things.. They sent me a letter saying rent plus late fees are do on the 15th i paid them on the 15th and they didnt process the check till the 19th and charged me another $190.00 i went up there to ask about it and they said they started the court filing on the morning of the 15th .. We lived there happily for 4 years. We got a new neighbor. She just got out of jail today after 6 months after sexually assaulting my daughter only months after moving in. She has returned back to her trailer in Rudgate. Which is against the rules. She is a sex offender which falls under a felony. Watch your kids and keep them safe!! I hope the park does there job and kicks them out as per the lease agreement.
