Had a lovely experience renting a U-Haul here, great customer service. I did not know this place existed and will definitely be back to explore their party options; love supporting unique small businesses like this.

If we could give zero stars we would. We recently used them for an ice cream machine for my daughter’s graduation party. During the party the plastic spicket broke. Several guests asked us where we got it from. When we told them, some said, “Good luck with that! LOL!” Others said, “Prepare to take out a second mortgage!” Ugh. Anyway, my cousin, who’s a mechanical engineer, took it apart and inspected it. Found a fault/crack in it and said if it wasn’t us, then it would be the next person. Rented a U-Haul we got there at 8 and by the time we left there at 8:15 that place was packed it was a popping good

Wrong size tables were ordered on my end, yes I know my mistake. But the guy outside helping me said he had a ton of smaller sizes. He went to check and they confirmed they did have some available for this weekend. When they asked who it was for he told them it was to replace my order. At that time they said they didn’t have anything available and I could not do that. Rude staff who were complaining the entire time inside as well when I went in and asked for a refund. Don't waste your time. Out of date. Terrible smell in store and a karen who takes her rental job way too serious.
