As a homeowner, when I need professional services, I know I'm at the mercy of the companies I call. When I find someone who is knowledgeable in their craft, fairly priced, professional and prompt, they end up on a 'short list' for the future. Well, Justin and Rudd's HVAC is at the top of that list! I can’t say enough good things about Justin. He came promptly. Figured out my problem quickly, and fixed it quickly. I didn’t have to suffer in a hot house waiting. He’s the best! His fee was extremely reasonable as well!
Justin didn't know me at all but he came highly recommended by some friends. My hvac went out just recently on a very cold night. He immediately scheduled a visit, got the heat pump working by tweaking a wire and came back within a day or two and finished the work by installing a new wire. Price was very reasonable and he was great to work with. Will call him again & refer him to friends.
I reached out to this company on a recommendation for issues with my HVAC and was really impressed with Justin and Tim’s professionalism, knowledge and general responsiveness. Both gentlemen were kind, walked me through what was going on, and found a solution that was far more economical than the big guys. I’ve had no issues since and even then, they responded immediately to a few questions I had. They’ll definitely be my first call if I need their help in the future!!
Justin did an outstanding job on debugging and fixing a complex problem with my Trane XR 95. I highly recommend him for any HVAC issues. Very professional and high quality work!
