Mark is very considerate and patient. Very busy. But knows how to get things done.
Spoke to Mark about getting my moms Will updated. He came across rude and egotistical, showed lack of empathy, and questioned everything. Rather then being an assistance he was a roadblock and has made things more complicated. Shame on him! Speaking to an attorney about a Will should not be done over on Speaker phone.
Very professional. Got what we needed very quickly.
