Adam was our service provider and he was excellent! He explained everything to us before he did anything and answered all of our questions. This is our second time using Rudd and will definitely use again if needed.
Our technician, Adam, showed up early, and was very professional, kept the work area clean, walked me through everything he was doing, while staying personable. The customer service was fantastic. He even made sure I was aware of options moving forward in terms of making sure the home is okay after having a leaking pipe. I highly recommend this company.
The customer service was top notch. Jeremy, the tech was informative and knowledgeable about everything. Tina went above and beyond with after hour customer service. I highly recommend RUDD!
Besides replacing a toilet & a faucet, they also repaired leaking water lines inside a bathroom cabinet. They installed a convenient cut off valve outside which will make cutting off the water supply to my house much easier when needed. Everyone I dealt with was professional & kind.
