We hired Rudd Development to lead the architecture and entitlements for our ground-up portfolio of 20 townhome units. They know the local land use and building code better than anybody I've ever worked with, and they know how to navigate Seattle's regulatory gauntlet. Best choice we made by far. Could not recommend their services more.
They have 2 derelict homes that they have left for years in our neighborhood. A horrible nuisance for everybody and no accountability to fix the problem
Great company. My spouse and I have been renting from them for a few years now and they’ve always been super accommodating to us. Every time we interact with them it’s always seamless and never any issues. They honestly treat us very well and are very gracious when approached about any issues or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone.
Management company tries to take advantage of tenants practices in illegal move out fees. After moving out on August 14th I received a notice that my security deposit was taken and an additional 3000$ in fees were charged for a 400 square foot apartment. This bill came on Sept 29th which is beyond the 30 day requirement by law. The management company is not accepting responsibility and has sent the charge to collections. Also, the property management team goes above and beyond for their tenants, making rentals a seamless experience
