I prefer to work with smaller family businesses and I had an exceptional experience with Rudd Development, and their subcontractors to renovate my space. High quality work for competitive prices. Also, the property management team goes above and beyond for their tenants, making rentals a seamless experience
Rudd Development bought two houses in North Tacoma with the intention of redeveloping the lots into an apartment building. They never started work and five years later the houses sit empty and derelict. Because Rudd Development has failed to properly secure, monitor, or maintain these properties they are a nuisance and a hazard to the neighborhood.
