We hired Rudd Development to remodel our condo. It was built in 1967, and so Rudd had to deal with some irregularities, but succeeded beautifully. We’re very happy with the work they did, as well as their attention to detail. We would definitely hire them again.

We hired Rudd Development to lead the architecture and entitlements for our ground-up portfolio of 20 townhome units. They know the local land use and building code better than anybody I've ever worked with, and they know how to navigate Seattle's regulatory gauntlet. Best choice we made by far. Could not recommend their services more.

They have 2 derelict homes that they have left for years in our neighborhood. A horrible nuisance for everybody and no accountability to fix the problem
