I was having issues getting my palfinger crane controller to pair up to my service truck crane. Gave Ruco a call and got Charlie on the phone. He told me to bring it by and when I got there he had me all ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Good group of guys here. Charlie saved my day. Will definitely be coming back here when my crane needs repairs
