Truly an amazing gym. I would see on IG that everyone was hyping this place up and now I understand the hype. I used to go to another gym and never felt like I belonged there and I feel that here. The coaches really take the time to correct you if your form needs correcting and also praise you if you’re doing it correctly. The Ruckus Room Downtown is the perfect place to get your mind and body right. Coaches Mike, Gavin, Shauna, and Coach Q have taught me how to lift with proper form and have pushed me to achieve things I never thought I could. Through the sisterhood challenges, I’ve lost weight, built stamina, and developed self-discipline. The support and motivation here are unmatched—I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try!
Ive learned so much in these past 2 months. All the coaches were very nice and they gave me so much motivation to do my best everyday. It’s such a good environment to be in and I enjoyed every second of it.
