The group training sessions are intense, well-structured, and designed to challenge every fitness level. As someone that hadn’t worked out in years, I was very intimidated to start classes here. My worry was met with kindness and uplifting coaches. I’ve accomplished more physically and mentally at this gym than any other gym I’ve ever been a member of. There’s a strong sense of community and support from not only the team, but from other gym goers as well. If you want to be surrounded by amazing people that motivate you and make you want to do more for yourself, this is the right place!
I used to hate running but thanks to the Sisterhood program and the awesome trainers at Ruckus I now enjoy running, and I’m getting better every week.
