I love Dr. Ruckman and his staff. They are so inviting and friendly. Dr. Ruckman is very to the point, he doesn't play, doesn't waste your time. He's in/out and spends every minute with you necessary. I have a lot of fear with mouth issues and he is very calming and considerate. This last procedure had a lot of questions involved and he spent time going over all my options and when I chose the less expensive, he was 100% supportive. Never made me feel bad about my decision.
