I love Dr. Ruckman and his staff. They are so inviting and friendly. Dr. Ruckman is very to the point, he doesn't play, doesn't waste your time. He's in/out and spends every minute with you necessary. I have a lot of fear with mouth issues and he is very calming and considerate. This last procedure had a lot of questions involved and he spent time going over all my options and when I chose the less expensive, he was 100% supportive. Never made me feel bad about my decision. RecommendedI had my tooth extracted, I was nervous about it all. Mandy, the Surgery Assistant, was great, reassuring, made me feel comfortable the second that I sat down in the chair. Everything was smooth, quick, and painless. Dr. Ruckman was also kind and caring. Both of them talked me through and explained and answered my questions. They even called me the next day and asked how I was doing and if I had any further questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great place!!!
I had all four of my wisdom teeth out yesterday morning. The procedure was quick and easy.. I was in and out within the hour. Dr. Ruckman even messaged me to make sure I was doing well last night and answered my last minute questions. This morning I got another call from the office asking how I was doing. I felt zero pain at all until this morning when I woke up before I took my pain medication. Great place! I would highly recommend. The staff were all very nice and made me feel calm about the procedure!
Today my son had all his wisdom teeth cut out and a 5th tooth cut out. Dr. Ruckman and his staff were AMAZING!! He even text me to check on him later in the evening. First time he’s ever been put to sleep and they were so sweet to both of us 🥰
The experience we had today went very well. The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. The office and waiting room was welcoming and beautiful. The rooms were clean and very nice as well.
The staff was wonderful and kind. The wait wasn't long at all. They were very organized. Our nurse was absolutely amazing along with the Dr Ruckman. He was very thorough and fast. By far the best oral surgery center i have been too. Highly recommend.
I had my wisdom teeth removed today and I was asleep and awake again in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Ruckman and his amazing staff 🤗
Had all four of wisdom teeth taken out. I was super scared and they helped calm me down and explained everything to my boyfriend and I. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend anyone coming here. The staff was super friendly. They even called me today to see how I was going and if I had any questions.
