It looks like the people who ran this storage unit so well are gone. Now, there's no one there it seems, the listed number doesn't work and they've changed their website. I've been trying to close my account with no one answering the phone, no one at the office (be back in 15min sign at 9:03, they open at 9:00)I left a message, and got a voice-mail to call the number back hours later. I called within 10min of this voice-mail... no one answered. Three stars will go to one if I get a bill for an empty unit with no lock on it.

This Storage Unit Business stands out and above others I have used in 3 States including 2 other locations in Virginia. The Facility itself is on a very open lot that is Gated and fenced in with Razor Wire on top of Fencing. It is maybe a little weird to rave about how great a storage facility is, but Ruckersville Self Storage is fabulous! Having recently moved and downsized, I have needed a clean, climate-controlled, easy access storage space. The facility is brand new with all the bells and whistles, high security with individual gate codes, automatic lights, door timers etc. It is spotlessly clean.
