No one else will come close to the level of care that Rucker gives to you and your property. Outside of being a fantastic agent with grit I've never seen in others, he's a great person and puts the well-being of others before all else. Not sure how he finds the time, but he makes you feel like you're his only client regardless of the size of your deal or how long it's been on the market. I've worked with real estate agents before, and Rucker is without doubt the best I've dealt with. I had some stringent requirements and it was a tough slog finding the right house. With my price requirements, let's just say I wasn't going to be making anyone's year, and I know he had larger clients. Despite that, Rucker worked hard for me--- by way of example we saw 15 houses over a weekend once (I was an out of towner and had to cram things in), over 30 total, and my search process took around 3 months; he put in the work u... read more
