Due to my own incompetence, I had made a tremendous mistake on my taxes for 2021. I had a levy placed against my bank accounts and experienced a level of anxiety beyond belief. Ben Rucker answered his phone on July 24, a Utah holiday and stopped my sister's tears that was non stop for the past 3 days. She was notified that the IRS had placed a levy her bank account and the balance was zero. When she finally found Ben, he said that she would have the levy on her account broken the next day.
