Drove 2 hrs to bring my 73 yr old up to this VA related appointment. My father has COPD, he was wearing a face mask and they refused to see him. I told her was COPD, she still refused, saying she had no way to tell, and she was going by covid.
Dr. Rucker is a terrible person and very dangerous.

Dr. Rucker, Is very nasty, I feel that she hate veterans. Her attitude is one of so what I really don't care. She may of had one to many at lunch.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. This woman is a bully and is in it for the money. It is sad that she is still in business. Dr. Rucker is committed to the almighty dollar and nothing else. She is unprofessional and cares nothing about her clients. I cannot believe she is allowed to practice anywhere, much less the United States.
