My dad was a patient of Dr. Rucker for years. He went to Dr. Rucker a week before he passed away of a massive heart attack with what we later find out were signs and symptoms of that said heart attack. Do not go to this doctor!! Find someone else, I beg you.
I have been with Rucker since he graduated med school.. was a great Dr! I am not sure what has happened...but it has become a complete joke there. You'll wait for an hr or longer to see him. The entire staff, including the front desk workers are rude in person and over the phone and dress like Walmart shoppers....wearing PJs and covered with SpongeBob blankets. I have been going to Dr. Rucker for 10+ years. He and his staff are the most kind and compassionate group I have encountered in a doctors office. Dr. Rucker not only listens but he generally cares for the well-being of his patients and will tell you like it is if needed. I had a billing error and their office manager, Chelsea, took care of it immediately and didn’t make me feel like a burden when questioning her - I think she used to be a medical assistant or nurse and has been there for a really long time!
