Beautiful homes and great neighbors — but I wouldn’t recommend Deer Moss Creek to anyone mainly because of my concern for the style of management by Ruckel Properties. I live here, and while the homes themselves are stunning, the community upkeep is severely lacking. As home owners we are held to strict guidelines with expensive and lengthy processes to change anything. As developers and property managers, they do not hold themselves to the same standards.
