Quick to respond and super nice
Normally I am not one to leave a review but I have attempted to reach out multiple time to reach a resolution with no response. I had them look at the breaks on my car and they told me I needed a whole new break booster, break pads, and master cylinder. All said and done my breaks still we’re not operational. I was instructed to take it back to the dealership and the dealership discovered that they installed the wrong part and the break pads were installed upside down. Austin went out of his way and came thru to help get my friend Baxter back on the road, with a really crazy problem involving a sensor and computer issue. He really knows what he is doing!! If you are in need of a good mechanic in the Nephi,Ut area he is the one to call !
I was headed home to delta and had just passed through Nephi when my truck started to make a sound equivalent to a helicopter. I had my husband immediately start looking for a mechanic as I limped my very loud truck back to Nephi. Thankfully he was able to reach Austin and Riley. Austin heard the sound OVER THE PHONE and was able to diagnose my problem! I got it limped back into town and nobody would fix it so I called Riley and Austin back up. Excellent work and outstanding service!! They worked quickly and got my little car back to good in no time. I think it is cool that they provide mobile service! Top notch work and good money saved by not paying inflated overhead prices….I will call them again.
