Ruchi’s Mexican Grill in Rosenberg absolutely redeemed itself for us last night. My wife’s birthday hit at midnight, and after not visiting for over a year due to past experiences, we decided to give it another try — and I’m so glad we did. The food was phenomenal. The drinks are amazing... The fajitas even better. The only negative thing to say is how the margs on ice didn't seem to have much alcohol in them.
