I've been a patient of Dr. Bhutani's for years. I moved from NE Philly/Bensalem Area to Warminster. I was excited to find out she joined this practice not to far from my current address.
I had a disappointing experience with this PCP Ruchi Butani. Unfortunately, she lacked the knowledge and attentiveness I expected. Despite clearly describing ongoing pain and symptoms, she dismissed my concerns without proper investigation or explanation. It felt like decisions were made without truly listening or exploring possible causes. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to others seeking thorough and compassionate care.
I recently visited Dr Bhutani! My new primary care physician and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional care I received. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns, provided clear explanations, and made me feel truly valued as a patient.The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive medical care.
Disappointed! After sudden onset of fatigue I was able to get a quick appointment with Dr Bhutani for blood work . Dr Bhutani quickly diagnosed me with depression ,before labs results and physical exam. I disagreed with her quick diagnosis indicating ,I just met you and im a very active person this suddenly came on She took offense to that and was reluctant to order labs.
