I had a very disappointing experience with the pcp. I went in with cough, fever, throat pain, and body ache She didn’t even care to listen or address my issues nor did any tests. I felt like she either lacked knowledge or didn’t care. Patients beware!
I would not recommend this practice. I had one appointment and labs were ordered. The script needed to be changed. I called twice and messaged twice via the portal. I received no return calls. Someone replied to one message via the portal but clearly did not understand the ask and provided me with lab phone numbers. I've been a patient of Dr. Bhutani's for years. I moved from NE Philly/Bensalem Area to Warminster. I was excited to find out she joined this practice not to far from my current address.
I had a disappointing experience with this PCP Ruchi Butani. Unfortunately, she lacked the knowledge and attentiveness I expected. Despite clearly describing ongoing pain and symptoms, she dismissed my concerns without proper investigation or explanation. It felt like decisions were made without truly listening or exploring possible causes. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to others seeking thorough and compassionate care.
