I honestly thought this was an ok business until the following happend. So today I go and purchase tires..and come to find that the charged me twice..Ok no, I call and they say I have to bring the card back..well I'm at work over an hour away and they close at 4:30..I proceed to explain to the OWNER that per the bank, he doesn't need my card..he can cancel the transaction..well he won't and is adamant that he needs my card..so I ask him what if I have expenses that bounce, his response is basically Ooo WELL, I then ask him w... read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES HERE! – I was sold a pair of tires from Ruch...got a decent deal but nothing spectacular. Not even 9 months later the tires needed replaced. When I called up Ruch, they were less than helpful saying that they no loinger sold the tire brand they sold me and that they could not give me any information on a warranty or anything else to help me out. So I was out $700 and had worn-out tires that needed replaced. DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FORM HERE!!!!!!!!!!
They charged me $53.50 for installing 2 tires./installation only/ they were my own tires,got them from tirerack Bigest ripoff ever.Dont go there ,save $.
