Work Rich tires this afternoon to get air in my tire and the SOB told me I had to give him $3 to put air in my tire read my family dealt with these people for over 30 years and they'd turn around and try to charge you $3 for air people need to boycott people like that and then he had the nerve to call me brother he ain't nobody's brother sounds like a white supremacist to me

I’ve known this place for over 40 years and lived just a mile away. I always go to these guys because they’re no nonsense if you know what you need. I send customers over there still to this day. The Ruch’s are good people!
Bad customer service they really don't know how to talk to people, very sarcastic. Don't know how they stay in business!!
Bad customer service, don't shop here. Walked in the door the staff gave dirty looks. Then they sold me snow tires and, it was July. The man did not know what he was doing . The girl cashier I guess was ghetto. The guys who installed the tires were ghetto. Stay away.
I've been going there for years never had a problem just went today cause I had a nail in my tire took em 5 minutes to fix it and plug it only costed 15 bucks not bad at I definitely recommend Ruch Tire for all your tire needs.
Customer service skills suck. Wonder why people go 2 Sam's Sears n other Large retailers. Someone pissed in their morning cheerios
