I have been with the Rucci's on and off for 5 years. Their coaching service is second to none. Their attention to detail cannot be praised enough. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and amongst the best in the business. If you want to up your strength game then these guys are the one's you need to see.

I started with Ruccis under Elliott about 6 months ago, and all I can say is WOW. The system and process Elliott uses can make a real difference in anyone's goal to get stronger. I thought I would do relatively well switching to powerlifting, but the first couple of months were incredibly humbling.
