Ordered pizza today for pickup and was given a pickup time of 6:09PM. Arrived at 6:05PM and was then informed that my order would not be ready for 30 more minutes. No updates via text or call. Person working the window simply said that they were busy. Fine, update the time so I don’t come over and wait in the rain. It’s more likely that they simply forgot about my order until I arrived and reminded them. Pizza is good, but service leaves a lot to be desired.
This pizza spot is a hidden gem. You gotta give it a shot!
