It's a big step up from an Applebee's or a Chili's. Similar feel but better grub! Well worth a stop! Everything we had was a 4+! Gnarly nachos, BBQ Mac and cheese, burgers, chicken with mash potatoes! The most average were probably the pizzas. But still solid.
We love Ruby’s! They are an amazing support of Utah State Gymnastics. We came today with our daughter who is Celiac and also a USU gymnast. She let Cameron know she has Celiac. Cameron and the manager were extra cautious and took excellent care of us and our daughter. Cameron is one of the best servers we have had at Ruby’s. We hope we can get her again. She’s a great asset to Ruby’s. We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with two of the owners. We will be back!!! We LOVE Ruby’s!!!
We had a party of 25 for a very special celebration. Somehow one of the owners caught wind of it, and made the guest of honor feel amazing. Our servers, Kristen and Camren, made the whole party feel special. Small things like missed water or small plating issue were rectified immediately. Water and soda never got below half empty. Food was ok but the service was poor
I have been here a couple of times and have ordered pasta dishes, lasanga, nachos and pizza. I’m sorry to say but all of my experiences here have been subpar. Service is always great, but I haven’t ever liked my meal. I’ve ended up going home and eating something from my pantry.
