This is Ruby's in the food court It is more expensive than the other location by a buck or two I ordered over the phone and when I got there, they had forgotten to make my lunch. The lady on the phone was also a bit impatient. The food at the other location has been better so far. I mistakenly ordered from this location and will try to remember next time

I have been going to Ruby for 15 years.Today I had a bitter experience. Since the guys are serving food amount has gone down.Today I voiced my concern.The guy doing skip the dishes orders got angry and bullied me in Arabic. The only lady serving fulfilled my orders.He kept saying khalash.Well I am khalash for sure.Everyone speaking Arabic and making fool out of me.Very bad customer service despite food having taste.
